How’s the body, friends? Mine…has been tired. Really tired. Like: a whole bunch of babies, moving households every two years, homemaking, homesteading, homeschooling, pre-menopausal and everything else LIFE kind-of-tired.
But thankfully I have dug out from that hole and rather than feeling like I am just climbing water, I am feeling very motivated. Perhaps it was coming out of the last few years with a greater fire in my belly for health and well being, or maybe it was finally settling into a house that isn’t rented, or maybe it was the massive amount of herbs I had taken to heal. I don’t know, but I DO know that MOVING MORE OFTEN is making me feel better than I have in years, so that is my own personal challenge for the month. I am having the most fun JUMPING of all things 😂
